Craig Lean, the founder of Lean Auditing Services, is an Approved Auditor who is certified to audit your Mass, Maintenance, or Fatigue Management systems, in accordance with the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) standards.
In addition, Lean Auditing Services specialises in undertaking Risk Assessment Audits, which mimic a Compliance Audit. Our objectives are to isolate vulnerabilities in your management system/s, make recommendations to manage and control the risks, and identify improvement opportunities. The main difference between a Risk Assessment Audit and a Compliance Audit is that the findings are not forwarded to a third-party and remain private and confidential.  This strategy enables you sufficient time to implement refinements to your management system/s prior to your next scheduled Compliance Audit.
